My coaching approach revolves around tracking macros. I allocate specific macro targets, allowing you the flexibility to consume any food that you can accurately monitor and align with your macro goals. While meal plans can yield results, they lack the educational aspect of understanding nutrition and may not be sustainable in the long run.
I aim to educate you on tracking macros and empower you to craft your own meal plan. Additionally, I will provide resources that can assist you in generating a meal plan based on the assigned macros. This way, you not only achieve your fitness goals but also develop a deeper understanding of nutrition for long-term success.
Although I generally recommend access to a comprehensive gym, I can design a workout program tailored to the equipment you have available at home.
While cardio can effectively boost your daily calorie burn and contribute to overall health, it's not mandatory. We can explore alternatives such as setting a daily step count or, if your lifestyle is already active outside of the gym, formal cardio may not be essential. However, it's worth noting that incorporating some form of cardio can generally be beneficial for most individuals, irrespective of their specific fitness goals.
Optimal results are achieved by weighing your food, but certain prepackaged items may not require precise measurements. Over time, the process of weighing your food becomes more efficient and straightforward as you become accustomed to it.
